How do I place my order online?
Placing your order online with RefurbUPS is safe and easy. Simply browse through our product line and add to secure shopping cart the items you wish. When complete, you will be directed to the checkout area and will have entered our secure server. It is now safe to complete the checkout forms with shipping and billing information. Submit the forms and you will receive an email confirmation with the option of a printable receipt.
Is RefurbUPS.com a secure shopping site?
Yes! Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology available. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud.
Do I have to create an account to purchase from RefurbUPS.com?

Do you sell to Government, Education or Non-Profit/Not-for-Profit organizations?
Yes, we sell to all organizations. We accept Purchase orders or Credit card purchases as well.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, American Express and Master Card. We also accept Purchase Orders and Company Checks from qualifying companies and organizations.

Can my organization place an order with a Purchase Order?

What shipping methods are available?
As default UPS Ground is available online for customers in the United States and UPS Standard for customers in Canada. To expedite shipping to UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Service, or UPS 3 Day Service for Same Day Shipping please call us at 845-357-6911 or 866-883-9200. We do accept shipping on a customer’s UPS account simply put your UPS account Number in the Memo field while processing your order with which UPS Service for your order.
Where do you ship?
We primarily ship to United States and Canada. Accommodations can be made for some International locations please call (866)-883-9200 or email us to see in if your location can be shipped to.
How can I request a different plug type for the UPS I am ordering?
For 2000 VA UPS systems and up, different plug types can be installed at no additional charge. Simply specify your desired plug type to be installed and the UPS system on your order in the Memo field while processing your order.
Can I request my shipment to be sent by a freight carrier?
We do ship using freight carriers daily. Please call to request freight service on your order at (866)-883-9200 or email us before processing your order. Freight service may be less or more than UPS Ground depending on additional services. If you do not have a loading dock at your facility Services including lift gate or inside delivery are at an additional cost and not all carriers can perform these services for delivery in your area.
